Where? Training will occur in the Stony Brook, NY area. Some events will occur in other locations on Long Island, and in the Tri-State area. Transportation is available.
When? Rolling enrollment. Interested applicants are encouraged to apply. Limited spots are available. Applicants are encouraged to apply promptly.

How? Apprentice will receive one-on-one and small group training in self-defense techniques and instruction. Physical participation is required. Some extra training opportunities and outside training sponsorship possible.
Who? Most training will occur near the SUNY Stony Brook University campus. All local applicants are encouraged to apply.

Must be at least 18 years of age

Be prepared for a background check and drug screening

NDA and protection of company procedures required

Applicants must have medical insurance coverage

Must be medically cleared and able to participate in strenuous physical activities and events

SBU and SCCC students will be given priority; two or more years remaining in current degree program preferred

Documented Volunteer / Community service hours possible
